Top 10 Free Webmaster Tools
There are many tools on the internet which help you look up and find out things about your website. This list is the top 10 tools for me.
Blog Valuation Tool
This is an accurate valuation tool because it involves you putting in figures and statistics for your website which you can find out easily. I really like this one as its fun to find out how much your blog is worth.
This is also a fun tool. You can put your urls in and get a predicted page rank for the next update. I don’t know how accurate it is but it seems to have been right with my websites in the past.
Quite a simple tool and there are many around, but useful nonetheless. Just put your website url in and it will give you with the latest page rank from different datacentres. Useful if you are checking to see if the page rank update is going on.
I don’t know about its accuracy but its still good to look up to see how you are ranking for traffic. This is especially useful for websites such as text-link-ads.com.
This tool is quite nice and gives you an estimation for how much a link on your website is worth. This is useful if you just want to sell links on forums etc.
I don’t particularly use this tool a lot but its interesting nonetheless. It gives your website a rating based on different aspects of your website.
Sadly this tool is current not available but when it was available I really liked it. It gave you scores for different aspects of your website and then an overall rating.
As mentioned on my article about finding expired domains this is extremely useful. You can search loads of domains at a time to find if any have page rank.
This is a nice tool and will generate a colour scheme for you. Quite simple but nice.
Now this tool is rather simple. Go to google and check your backlinks there. Its easier than using a different tool if you ask me. I prefer search for backlinks by putting in uniongraphite.com. That way I can see where sites mention me but don’t link to the website.
